Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

February is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Ovarian Cancer Australia supports women all around this great land who have been affected by the disease. A teal ribbon is the international symbol for ovarian cancer and this month it's encouraged to have a 'morning teal' (I thought it was a spelling mistake at first too) to help raise awareness. As with a lot of cancers, one of the risk factors includes being overweight. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is so important in many different aspects of life (this is while so many dietitians always ramp on about it).
